Signed, "made by G. Velardo 750", 18K yellow gold shell cameo brooch depicting two women outside playing music. You can see where the artist left the ribbing in from the shell to make it look like sun rays across the image. This is a large piece, measuring 2 1/8" (53mm) tall by 1 5/8" (42mm) wide. It can also be worn as a pendant as it has the fold down swivel ring to be used on a chain.
