Large Shell Cameo “Athena” 14K Yellow Gold

2 1/4" (58mm) tall by 1 3/4" (45mm) wide shell cameo. Set in a double strand twisted 14K yellow gold frame. The carved image is a double of the goddess Athena as a warrior and the lady. This can either be worn as a brooch or as a pendant, as it has the fold over ring that pivots so when worn as a brooch it is not visible.
